Refund Policy

Free Trial

All NodeSyn plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.

The trial gives you full access to your chosen plan so you can evaluate NodeSyn before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to ensure NodeSyn meets your requirements.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with NodeSyn after your first payment, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your first charge. This applies to:

• New subscriptions on any paid plan
• Annual plan purchases
• First-time customers only

To request a refund within 30 days, simply email us at hello@nodesyn.io with your order details and reason for the refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your NodeSyn subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• You will not receive a prorated refund for unused days in the current period
• Your license key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
• Your monitoring data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

Exceptions — When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after 30 days of the first charge
• Subsequent billing cycles after the first payment
• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
• Partial month usage after cancellation
• Downgrade from a higher to lower plan

Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the annual period.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your full name and email address used for the purchase
• Your order or transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
