Free Trial

Every NodeSyn plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You are charged nothing during the trial period. We strongly encourage you to use the full trial to evaluate NodeSyn before committing to a paid subscription.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied after your first payment, contact us within 30 days of the initial charge and we will issue a full refund. No awkward questions, no lengthy process. This guarantee applies to:

  • New subscriptions on any paid NodeSyn plan
  • First-time customers only — applies to your first charge, not subsequent billing cycles

To request a refund email info@nodesyn.com with your Polar transaction ID (found in your receipt email).

Monthly Subscriptions — Cancel Anytime

All NodeSyn plans are billed monthly. No annual contracts. No lock-in periods. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No prorated refund is issued for unused days in the current period
  • Your license key is deactivated at the end of the billing period
  • All your monitoring data remains on your own server — NodeSyn does not hold, access, or delete your infrastructure data upon cancellation

To cancel, visit the Polar customer portal or email info@nodesyn.com and we will cancel it for you promptly.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the first charge
  • Subsequent billing cycles after the initial payment — only the first charge qualifies
  • License keys found to have been used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests for partial refunds on unused days within a billing period after cancellation
  • Plan downgrades mid-cycle

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Your card issuer or bank may take additional time to display the refund on your statement.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@nodesyn.com with the following information:

  • The email address used when purchasing on our website
  • Your Polar order or transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
  • Brief reason for the refund request (optional but appreciated)
