We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

Active account data — retained while your account is active
Monitoring data — retained for your plan's data retention period
Billing records — retained for 7 years for legal compliance
Cancelled account data — deleted within 90 days of cancellation
Support communications — retained for 2 years

Your Rights

Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
