// System Requirements

NodeSyn ServerWindows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022. 4GB RAM minimum, 8GB recommended. 20GB free disk space.
NodeSyn AgentWindows 10, 11, or any Windows Server edition. 2GB RAM minimum. <500MB disk space.
NetworkServer needs a static LAN IP or domain. Agents need outbound access to the server on port 5000 (configurable).
InternetServer needs internet access for license validation. Agents work offline for up to 24 hours if server is unreachable.

// Installation Guide

Run NodeSyn Server Installer on your server

Double-click Nodesyn_RMM_Installer.exe and follow the setup wizard. It installs the server, creates a Windows service, and opens the firewall port automatically.

Enter your license key

The wizard will ask for your license key. If you're on a trial, leave it blank and click "Start Trial". If you purchased, paste your key from the purchase email.

Note your server's IP address

After install, the dashboard opens at http://YOUR-SERVER-IP:5000. Note this address — you'll need it when installing agents.

Install the Agent on each managed PC

Run Nodesyn_Agent_Installer.exe on each PC you want to monitor. When prompted, enter your server URL: http://YOUR-SERVER-IP:5000

Open the dashboard

Go to http://YOUR-SERVER-IP:5000 in any browser. Default login: admin / your chosen password. Managed PCs appear within 30 seconds.
